$125 per month covers your whole firm for up to 7 users. Beyond 7 users it is $7 per user per month. Larger firms can talk to us about a custom enterprise plan.
Checks are pay as you go: Complete KYC + AML Screening $9.00, Complete KYC (identity only) $7.00 and AML Screening $3.00 per person; KYB AML Screening with ongoing monitoring $3.00 per entity; and a Corporate Registry (ASIC) check $30.00.
No. There are no check quotas or bundles — verification is billed on actual usage and itemised on your invoice, alongside your flat monthly subscription.
Yes. A 14 day free trial is available with no credit card required, giving you full access to the ClearTrace platform.
All data is hosted in Australia. ClearTrace minimises storage of identity documents and sensitive PII. A full Data Retention Policy is available on request.
